“I got my dress from Love Couture Bridal in Potomac, MD. I was able to walk in since someone had cancelled their appointment and it was my favorite before I even tried it on! I was fortunate to shop with my mom and two of my sisters (they were also two of my bridesmaids) Mahtab and Shasha.

Our officiant Norma Moutal was recommended by the Eventi Hotel, and she took great care to get to know us and customize the ceremony to us.

The most special moments of the day were both during our ceremony and also taking in and realizing the amount of love we were surrounded by from friends and family. We both felt extremely lucky to be able to savor such moments together and with so many loved ones. We also had a blast on the dance floor! Our DJ was Jay Dellavalle Jr from Eclipse Entertainment, recommended by our friends Ted & Katrina who had gotten married a few years ago. ( also photographed by Laura Ryan) We ‘stole’ (borrowed) both their DJ and their photographer and we’re so glad we did!

We were also fortunate enough to be able to host a farewell brunch with all of our guests on Sunday at the hotel restaurant, Humphrey’s. It was a wonderful and relaxed way to allow us to spend extra time with our guests, especially since the majority had traveled from another state or country to be with us that weekend.”
